A podcast where selfcare and motherhood intersect. In each episode you’re going to find practical tips for caring for your soul, mind and body in motherhood. My mission is to redefine selfcare so that it applies to every mama everywhere. And my passion is to help as many mamas as possible care for themselves well.

I had it on my heart to start a podcast for a while and then, one day, I just decided to do it. No experience, just me and my iPhone in my bedroom closet.
